US based garment trims/garment accessories trading company – main markets are US and Europe - is looking for a  CUSTOMER SERVICE  - with details as follows :   
 
  • F. 5 or above  
  • 1 to 3 years working experience in garment trims  
  • Experience in order processing/sales/sales coordination/customer service is a plus  
  • Business level English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus
  • Detail minded, well organized and multi-tasking  
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill  
  • Good team spirits and enjoy team work
  • Responsible for providing the best services to customers; as well as providing customer support to the Sales Team in US
  • Handle all the enquires and complaints
  • Handle email / phone call / enquiries from customers
  • Keep track of delivery and ensure on time delivery to the customer
  • No trips needed
  • 5 days work
