Our client is a world leading medical and travel security risk servicing company, with over 1,000 office locations in 90 countries. Our client mainly deals with multinational corporate clients, governments and NGOs in mitigating risks for their people working remotely or overseas.

Duties:

  • Successful candidate will be working closely with professionals around the world in medical and security industries, as well as coordinating with assistance services providers.
  • Attend and provide customer service with excellent quality to enquiries
  • Coordinate logistics requirement as requested
  • Daily interaction with medical and security professionals around the world
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirement:

  • 2-3 years of exposure in customer service environment and/or hospitality industry is preferable
  • Bilingual with fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
  • Proficient in MS office and typing
  • Shift with 42.5 hours/week
  • Mature with excellent communication skill
  • Self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently
