The successful candidates will join a team that provides high quality services to their premium customers via various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent quality of customer services to our premium accounts
  • Achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving queries in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Perform follow-up on customers’ needs and redirect customer to the appropriate department
  • Maintain appropriate operational risk control and compliance while executing all related duties

Requirements

  • Excellent customer-serving manner, communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to apply logical reasoning in handling customer enquiries and needs
  • Ability to communicate with anxious customers and resolve conflicts
  • Positive and mature attitude
  • Fluency in written & spoken Cantonese and English are essential, good command of mandarin would be advantageous
  • Holder of IIQE or HKSI licenses (preferred but not a must)
  • Five subject passes (including Mathematics and either Chinese or English) in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education or above
