Description

  • Answer customer enquiries timely

  • Provide accurate information and assistants to the customers
  • Follow up customers' satisfaction and inquiries and identify needs
  • offer possible solutions to them
  • Assist with adhoc duties as required

Profile

  • Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • 1 year of customer service experience is highly preferre

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered!
  • Diploma holder or above
