Description

  • Lead the Customer Service Team
  • Provide guidance and training to the subordinates when needed
  • Handle complex complaints when needed
  • Assist in conducting monthly service reports
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Profile

  • Associate degree or Higher Diploma, or above
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in customer care or a related capacity
  • With at least 3 years solid experience in leading team
  • Speaks fluent English and Mandarin, native Cantonese
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, problem solving skills and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, a good team player and able to work under pressure
