Job Responsibilities:

  • Crew change including arranging accommodation, transportation and permit applications
  • Be attentive to crews’ movement and their medical requirements
  • Provide quality customer service to ensure timely and efficient follow up with clients
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database in the system
  • Work closely with departments and vendors for invoicing management

 

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or above in Hotel Management, supply chain or related discipline
  • Working experience with Hotel/ Call Center/ Customer Service will be an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient in PC applications i.e. Word and Excel
