Responsibilies:

  • Provide high quality customer services in Grade A commercial building or shopping mall
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints, and daily operations of our property management services
  • Pay courtesy visits to the tenants regularly, handle their requests to ensure a smooth business operation
  • Assist in the operation of promotional events and car park redemption service
  • Provide value added services to visitors
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports for management review

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 1 year’s customer service experience mainly gained from frontline customer interaction, property management or hospitality industry
  • A good team player, cheerful, energetic and passionate in service industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is must
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
