Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build and maintain good relationship with IFA & Corporate Agency, Administration Team, Consultant and in-house Sales Team
  • Monitor the service level of own team and the back end operation team
  • Proactively collect feedback from IFA & Administration Team and Consultants to identify the area of improvement
  • Provide training to IFA to ensure their Admin staff and Consultants 
  • Provide on-site support to Partners/IFA to increase the completion ratio of new applications 
  • Provide additional service training and information needed to Partners/IFA
  • Ensure all complaints from are acknowledged and resolved 
  • Handle ad hoc project / product launch / incentive campaign

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Business Administration or Finance related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in insurance operations of which at least 3 years in servicing IFA business
  • Able to conduct training on Operation rules and procedure to a group of administration staff / consultants
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
