Job Title: Customer Services Associates (Front Desk/ Call Centre)


Type of Recruitment: Full Time

Job description:

  • Deliver good customer service at medical care center to meet Company’s service standard
  • Answer patient‘s inquiry and appointment booking
  • Handle general call center duties including incoming calls, WhatsApp, WeChat, and courier arrangements
  • Ensure that calls and emails are handled according to the company’s service level.
  • Responsible for appointment bookings, billings and daily operational and clinical services
  • Confirm appointment schedules and follow up phone enquires
  • Handle patient registration and service management
  • Ensure all reception, booking counter and waiting rooms are clean, tidy and hygienic
  • Customers account service
  • Any assigned responsibilities by supervisor

 

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 above with at least 2 years working experience in imaging centres or medical centres
  • Fresh graduated with Tourism and Hospitality Management background is preferred
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is an advantage.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good interpersonal skills and telephone manners
  • Willingness to learn, pleasant, customer-oriented and good team player
