Our client, a Global Insurance Company looking for a Customer Services Centre Officer (Counter Operations)  to join its fun, young & dynamic team in Hong Kong. You will be provided with classroom and on the job training and great career prospect:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle company daily operation including general enquiries, case assessment, document screening, complaints and etc.

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

  • Provide one stop face-to-face verification service to different kinds of  customers

  • Escalate cases upward timely with reference to applicable guidelines

  • Support to teams ensure the operation smoothly

  • Being trainer to bring up new comer

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma holder with relevant working experience

  • Working experience with Bank Teller or Customer Service Officer is a plus

  • Pass with IIQE 1, 3 is a plus

  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin
