Job Overview

This position is to handle customer services for our business within ECMS Southeast Asia Region (including South China, Taiwan and Hong Kong). The position will be based in Hong Kong, directly reports to the Head of Customer Services Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer services for cross-border e-commerce logistics, including closely follow up order process, tracking status and responding to customers’ order or business enquiries
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholder teams to secure satisfied service level
  • Handle Account Receivable billing with customers
  • Prepare regular business reports
  • Back up operations in necessary
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

Education and Experience requirements

  • High Diploma / Degree holder, preferable discipline in logistics or business nature
  • Experience in logistics or e-commerce industry will be an advantage

Job Skills and Competencies for this position

  • Able to cope with fast-pace environment and self-initiative
  • With strong desire to develop in e-commerce and /or logistics industry
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to tasks & time
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Good PC knowledge
  • Must have good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
