Description

Job Duties

  • To handle customer inquiries through phone call, email and interactive online platforms e.g Whatsapp, Facebook
  • Experience in management will be advantage
  • To supervise the operations of the customer service department to achieve the Company’s Service KPI
  • Manage and motivate team members to raise our service standards and enhance customer experience
  • Reviews working procedures or workflow on a regular basis and recommends enhancement or automation on such if deemed necessary

Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years' work experience, of which at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external
  • Ability to assess a situation, problem-solve and use creative resolution skills
  • Strong drive and sense of ownership to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Great at providing feedback, instruction and development guidance to help others excel in their current or future job responsibilities
  • High level of customer-centric mindset and dedication to deliver exceptional quality services to customers
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Health care experience is a definite advantage
