Our client is a leading and reputable developer in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a talented Customer Services Manager to join their dynamic team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing and providing coaching and support to the customer services team 
  • Monitoring the customer services operation and overall performance in the shopping mall
  • Ensure high standard of service quality delivery 
  • Providing support to company's promotional activies
  • Conducting service quality assurance and compliance check
  • Complicated customer services issues and complaints handling 
  • Reports preparation on customer services satisfaction survey

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' experience in customer service field with shopping mall or Grade A office tower background preferred
  • Good leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
  • Ability to cooperate with people at all levels
  • Excellent command in spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Willing to work on shifts occasionally
