Responsibilities:

  • To assist the property manager / senior staffs to carry out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security, etc if required
  • To handle enquires / complaints of customers and visitors at the reception counter in the managed property
  • To visit/communicate with the tenants whenever required for public relationship and for knowing/satisfying their needs
  • To provide administrative support in the property management office if required
  • To liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if required

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above with at least 3 years’ relevant work experience
  • Candidate with hospitality experience would be a definite advantage
  • Interested to meet/talk to different kind of people, a good listener and is willing to tackle customers' needs
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and fluent in Mandarin is preferable
  • Hands on PC skills
  • Working location: Kowloon Bay
