Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer customers' inquiries, handle requests and complaints by live chat, telephone and email according to our guidelines
  • Be our major contact point for the online shopping platform
  • Register and update the inquiries’ status into the ticketing system
  • Prepare the regular reports for management review
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

 

Job Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce or related discipline
  • 1 year’s customer service experience preferably in hotline / e-Commerce working environment
  • Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Customer-focus with good telephone manner
  • Basic PC knowledge and good traditional Chinese typing skills
  • Shift duty is required
