Client Details

Description

  • Process account opening, deposits, remittance and other banking transactions
  • Assist in supervising the operation of customer services in providing smooth remittance services
  • Support KYC and AML related issues on daily operations, such as transaction monitoring and customer review
  • Assist in coaching and training subordinates

Profile

  • Diploma or above

  • At least 5-7 years' working experience in banking industry
  • Candidate with prior supervisory experience is preferred
  • Solid knowledge in account opening and operations of deposits & remittances
  • Customer-oriented with good presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
