Working at ELEMENTS, an over one million square feet shopping mall located at 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon:

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the Information Counters at ELEMENTS.
  • To handle enquiries and build harmonious relationship with tenants and visitors.
  • To provide high quality customer service to tenants and visitors.
  • To carry out promotional activities in the mall.
  • To assist in resolving complaints by tenants and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Secondary 5 or above in hospitality or business-related streams.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Additional language skill is an asset.
  • Proficient in common software applications.
  • Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills.

Candidates with higher caliber will be considered for the Senior Customer Services Officer position.

Candidates with related experience (baby-sitting or taking care of your own babies!) will be considered for the Baby Ambassador position serving visitors at the ELEMENTS Babies Room! Mothers who want to return to the workforce are welcome to apply!
