Roles and responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls from/to our Japanese speaking customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain the highest service level and quality in line with the service pledges as set out by the Company
  • Answer enquiries, deal tactfully to resolve complaints and enquiries with minimal supervision
  • Participate in English to Japanese and/or Japanese to English translation tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Native Japanese is a must with a high proficiency in English speaking and writing skills
  • Knowledge in CRM/EMS system preferred but not essential
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Cheerful character, flexible-minded, eager to learn and strong team spirit
  • Highly motivated and strong initiative
  • Candidate with relevant experience in Customer Services, Account Servicing or Online Retail Management is highly preferred
  • Undergraduates and fresh graduates who possess aspirations and enthusiasm to develop their career in serving the online retail industry are also welcomed
  • Candidate holding a valid Hong Kong working visa is preferable
