Job Description

Our Client is looking for Member Services Executives in Airline Industry to join their team on a permanent contract.

 

 

Job Responsibilities 

→ 了解顧客要求, 並提供優質會員服務
Provide outstanding customer service to program members in order to meet customer's needs

→ 處理有關機票的行程和預訂,包括航班預約和改位等查詢
Provide fare quotations, reserving flights and answering general enquiries

→負責接聽會員專線, 解答相關問題和提供解決方案
Identify Member's needs and provide appropriate solutions

→ 解答顧客的查詢和投訴
Handle complaints and enquiries 

 

 

職位要求

Job Requirements 

→ 操良好普通話和英語
Good Command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

→ 能獨立工作
Able to work independently

→ 良好的溝通和聆聽能力
Good communication and listening skills

→ 善於解答疑難
Problem solving

→ 地勤, 商場客戶服務, 酒店等, 具有客戶服務經驗優先
Knowledge of airline industry, product and services is an advantages

待遇
Package

→ 月薪$14,000 - $19,000 (連勤工及表現獎金)
Salary Range $14,000 - $19,000 (with performance bonus)

→ 一星期工作45小時 (需輪班)
