Our client, a reputable Japanese electronics manufacturer, is seeking for a CS Representative to support their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and co-ordinate various customer accounts, includes handling customer’s order, inventory control, following outstanding payment from customers
  • Communicate with sales, factory and direct customers to ensure the smooth of customer accounts.
  • Support daily sales activities in Customer Service mindset
  • Occasional business travel to PRC factory or customer is needed

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Hands on experience as sales or sales coordinator.  Confident in negotiating and coordinating with clients and suppliers
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
  • Independent, self-motivated, willing to learn and cope with fast-pace working culture
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
