Description

  • Provide professional service in handling customers' enquiries in a timely manner

  • Ensure high shipment reliability by collaborating with internal and external parties

  • Coordinate with different parties for supply chain management from order confirmation to shipment

  • Process order by preparing documents and managing different system such as SAP

  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisor

Profile

  • Diploma or above

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in customer service/ material planning

  • Experience in electronic industry is an advantage

  • Good command in English & Chinese

  • Organized and detail-oriented individual
