What effort do you need to make?

  • Responsible for answering customers’ inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Troubleshoot for fault case and provide technical support to customer
  • Data entry and updates for service registration
  • Prepare reports for management’s review

Let’s check if you are…

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 year or above customer services experience, preferably in Telecom industry
  • Basic knowledge on computer system and internet service is a big advantage
  • Pleasant with good telephone manner, mature and independent
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • 7x24 shift duty is required (with monthly allowance provided)
