Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform shift duty in data centre operations (08:30 – 17:00 or 12:30 – 21:00)
  • Execute IT operation tasks for various IT systems in an accurate manner, which includes batch job running, report printing, system backup, logs monitoring, etc.
  • Handle IT helpdesk enquiries and troubleshoot issues for internal users
  • Assist in remote site setup, relocation and projects execution

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline
  • At least 1-year experience in IBM & equivalent system operation, job execution, monitoring and MS Windows related applications support
  • Excellent customer services manner and communication skill
  • Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently and provide result with good quality
