About Our Client:

Our client is a medical tech company with rapid expansion and growing footprint in Hong Kong. To cope with their expansion, they are now seeking an Data Entry Clerk to handle their day to day data entry works.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support including general duties such as email management, printing documents, photocopying, scanning, filing, mail merges, travel and accommodation coordination 
  • Support with business-related data-entry work on company system
  • Maintain professional and friendly communications as the first point of call for general internal and external enquiries and correspondence
  • Extensive Microsoft Word processing and drafting of letters and correspondence
  • Assistance with business continuity plans, procedures and coordination
  • Support ad hoc inquiries

Job Requirements:

  • F.7 or above education qualification
  • At least 1 year of work experience in an office setting environment
  • Good experience with Microsoft Word / Excel and other basic office application
  • Polite and positive working attitude
  • Immediate availability preferred
