What is your job about?

You will join the operations team, responsible for all administration duties for the multi-brand showroom department and will be responsible for providing general support to the sales team, specifically:

  • Perform data entry, data checking and data filling in the system with a high level of accuracy
  • Responsible for data entry, order tracking, and solve logistics issues when necessary 
  • Handle sales and purchase order of different products
  • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, warehouse, forwarder and shipping agents to arrange receipt and delivery of goods
  • Monitor stock inventory at warehouse
  • Prepare shipping documents and Tradelink declaration
  • Maintain data records and prepare reports
  • Provide administrative and sales support to facilitate daily business operation

Who will be our potential target?

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Administration, Operations or Clerical working experience
  • Hands-on experience in handling data entry would be an advantage
  • Strong sense of assigning priorities and attitude to multitasking
  • Good command of both written & Spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin 
  • Self-motivated, independent and responsible
  • Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing
  • Proficient in Excel is a plus
