Client Details

Our client has one of the best capital markets team in Asia and due to an increase in deal flow, they are looking to expand their team.

Description

The candidate will gain exposure to DCM and bond issuance deals where they will be required to assist with drafting/reviewing legal documents, liaising with external parties and conducting research on cross-jurisdictional matters.

Profile

The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year corporate/capital markets paralegal experience gained from a reputable law firm. Native Mandarin is required, but the candidate must also have very strong written English ability. The selected candidate must have excellent attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and multi-task when required.
