The incumbent will participate in the back office business support of daily operations in relation to Transfer Agency and other dealing administration for Unit Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform order processing and data input;
  • Perform settlement functions including investor subscription and redemption, corporate actions;
  • Perform client account opening and master update;
  • Perform product master update,
  • Conduct KYC (Know Your Client) /AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review on new client relationships,
  • Support the on-going in-house system enhancement and improvement;
  • Participate in ad hoc project as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or above with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE, including Chinese and English Language
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in handling unit trust operation
  • Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, good in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Immediate available preferred
