Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA) and Bias improvement
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation of supply chain system
  • Liaise with vendors in handling production planning, damaged and claims after shipment
  • Ensure continuity of product supply and timely goods delivery to our customers by process good management in inventory planning, order management, good efficiency of storage & movement / dispatch of goods, etc
  • Use appropriate statistical models and parameters, interpret results to generate accurate demand forecasts
  • Maintains accurate inventory count and records through the use of a computerized inventory system
  • Review and manage report accuracy on KPI, defective, missing and inventory reports from 3PL and submit to the Department Head
  • Build and maintain good communication and collaboration both within Supply Chain and with Generating Demand, Manufacturing and Finance
  • Participate in annual internal stock take and external auditor stock take
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and take up any additional responsibilities as required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Assistant Demand & Supply Planning Manager”

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in supply chain or logistics management related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail, with knowledge in handling distributions, order management, supply chain experience in retail FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Independent, Detail-minded and problem solving skills
  • Strong order planning management skills
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills, with knowledge in operating ERP applications
