Responsibilities:

  • Identify retail banking business system requirements and produce specifications, covering money collection and payment via ATM, Self-Service Machine, FPS, APP, SVF, Card, Cardless, E-wallet etc.
  • Contribute to system revamp according to strategic direction, business plan and regulatory updates.
  • Establish detail acceptance test procedures; manage, coordinate and conduct joint testing; document user procedures and provide user training.
  • Liaise with various internal teams and external parties for the most effective and efficient development and implementation of solutions.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years’relevant experience in retail banking or personal banking business.
  • Good hands-on knowledge and experience in business and data analytics.
  • Strong inter-personal skills with a drive to deliver quality solution, and the ability to build cordial relationship with technical colleagues and business partners.
  • Candidate with more extensive experience and proven credentials could be considered the position Chief Business Analyst.
