The Job

  • Client: A Listed Company with Diversified Businesses
  • Position: Deputy General Manager (Digital Lockers / Vehicle-for-Hire Apps)
  • Responsibilities:
    • To drive Online-to-Offline (O2O) businesses & operations with full accountability
    • Manage business units of digital parcel lockers, e-logistics, and App-based courier/delivery platform.
    • Manage the business operation from Sales, Marketing, BD, Corporate Finance, Retail Stores & Operation & Projects  
    • Building, planning and implementing O2O market and business models / Omni Channel Retailing strategies
    • Drive the latest eCommerce technologies in Channel, IoT, Mobile & Group Buying to ensure a strong brand and market position & high quality customer experience
    • Drive business partnerships and collaboration with various industry marketers to achieve business synergies & results
  • $50-60K+, 5 day, medical, bonus

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or Technology related. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 of experience in eCommerce and Retail Business Management & Marketing with P&L responsibilities
  • Proven track records in driving digital /O2O /Omni channel sales and traffic increment for physical retail stores and online shop
  • Strong leadership and team building skills and experience in managing a sizable teams
  • Excellent in spoken and written skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin. Chinese is a must.
