Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment, job offer, new hire on-boarding, Training and development, performance management process, compensation review, etc.
  • Lead, advise and support managers on ER-related issues, and report/ seek support as required
  • Prepare HR reports that are required on international, regional and local levels
  • Interface with international HR CoE on global projects, represent regional/local inputs and needs
  • Consult with and advise line managers in resourcing plan, reward policy/programs other HR activities/initiatives to enable business objective
  • Closely working with management team to identify, lead and drive the local HR agenda that will contribute to the achievement of the desired business performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5years' hands-on all-rounded HR experience. Familiar with all functions and operations of Human Resources, especially Recruitment, Training & Development and overall Employee Engagement
  • Good understanding of different talent markets in North Asia Region including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan etc.
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance
  • Solid experience in people development, HR polices improvement and implementation.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word processing, experience in using SAP preferred
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
