  • Perform financial and operational audits under risk-based audit approach for the business operations within the Group, including property development business in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas
  • Report audit findings, prepare audit reports and provide feasible recommendations for improvements on the risk management and internal control system
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments.


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or related disciplines with professional qualification of HKICPA or other financial institution or association
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in External / Internal Audit / Risk Management
  • Candidates with experience in property development industry / I.T. audit / Big 4 are preferred
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing
  • Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently and deal with different levels of management
  • Travel to China is required
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Internal Auditor
