The Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) is a statutory body formed in 1960 to promote the interests of Hong Kong’s industrial and business community. We have member companies from various industrial and service sectors. Our services include industrial/trade promotion activities, exhibitions and seminars, business networking events, policy research, Q-Mark schemes, trade documentation services, intellectual property consultancy and registration.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretariat service and marketing support to the Federation’s industrial groups, councils and other related associations supported by the Federation, including events/ seminars/ missions/ government funding projects;
  • Formulate, promote and implement the Federation’s corporate events and industry group activities;
  • Support membership acquisition and retention, maintain the membership CRM system, oversee production of relevant promotion materials and update the Federation online and social media platforms;
  • Drive member services quality to a high standard;
  • Lead team members and perform ad hoc assignments as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in event management, hospitality, business administration, customer services, marketing, communications or equivalent;
  • At least 6 years of solid experience with not less than 3 years at supervisory level;
  • Experiences in trade associations, customer/ membership services, b2b marketing, event management and PR agency will be an advantage;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to secure support and contribution from a wide range of stakeholders;
  • Ability to assess and identify members’ needs to enhance quality of service/ product;
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and seasonal workload, out-going, self-motivated and proactive;
  • Good command in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
  • Occasional travelling outside Hong Kong required.
