The Job
- Client: A Global Architectural Firm
- Position: Design Architect / (Sr.) Associate (Airport Project) – [HK$600K – 1.2 Mil+ per annum]
- Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to drive Airport architectural design projects effectively and proactively
- Responsible for the production drawings and specifications (presentation and working drawings).
- Coordination of concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender and construction documents.
- Report to Management on a regular basis regarding drawing design development issues, design queries, and design coordination issues.
- $50-100K+, 5 day, medical, bonus
Requirements
- Degree or above in Architecture
- Professional qualification; HKIA, RIBA or equivalent
- Minimum 3-10+ years of experience with good design skills
- Experience in airport projects in HK, China and Asia region is an advantage
- Skills in Microstation, V-Ray, Revit / BIM or Rhino Grasshopper
