Job Description:

  • Handle enquiry via Helpdesk Hotline, in person or email and provide technical support to both our internal users and agencies
  • Provide 1st level support on hardware & software troubleshooting for in office and remote users
  • Handle PC installation, migration and software deployment
  • Follow up with user service requests on all IT affairs
  • Log all incidents and request cases to the IT Service management system and follow up its status
  • Escalate incidents and problems to 2nd level support team or external service providers
  • Relocation for desktop items and maintains the correct inventory record
  • Handle ad hoc IT support duties as assigned
  • On duty or standby in non-office hours by team assignment to support project or major tasks

 

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 2 years+ of experience as IT desktop support or service desk
  • Knowledge in supporting PC related hardware and peripheral devices including desktop, laptop, printer, phone, mobile devices, etc. 
  • Knowledge in supporting Windows OS, MS office, O365, anti-virus, remote access and other desktop system application
  • Experience working in financial institution or large corporate is a plus
  • Experience in handle IT issues for demanding users and VIP is a plus
  • Possess can-do attitude to handle ad-hoc request and problem reporting
  • Good team player and willing to work extra to assist team member with good interpersonal skill
  • Sound verbal communication and written skill in English and Chinese
