Our client is an IT solution and service provider with more than 15 years of experience. They are looking for suitable candidates to join their team. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers in system upgrades, installing PCs, relocation and office tools
  • Event, meeting and conference support - AV system support
  • Respond to customer requests via phone and e-mail in a timely and accurate manner
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer hardware and software problems
  • Account creation and termination

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System or Information Technology 
  • At least 2 years relevant experience
  • Solid experience in some of the following areas:
    • Linux,VMware, Microsoft Windows server, Exchange server. Windows 7, 10, MS Office, Symantec endpoint
  • Certification in MCITP or MCSE is a plus
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
