Salary (HKD) $30,000 - $35,000

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the policies and procedure of IT to ensure all IT activities comply with the regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with internal customers and external business partners/ vendors in business process and system integration projects
  • Manage vendor contracts and deliverables
  • Provide technical support and training to teammates and end users
  • Perform analysis on problems reported by users and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling implementation

Qualifications, including experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experiences on supporting Altiris, McAfee, O365, Active Directory

 

Education

  • Degree in Computer Engineering / Science, or related discipline
  • Possess MCSE or relevant certification
