Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily office operational & clerical works to ISF Development Office;
  • Act as key administrator for the Donor Database system (Raisers Edge);
  • Act as key coordinator in annual Raffle Campaigns;
  • Support Finance Department in preparing appendixes and meeting documents for Fundraising Steering committee meetings (2 times per year);
  • In-charge of mass department publications & event promotion materials, including translations;
  • Liaise with internal and external parties in relation to fundraising activities, programs and events; and
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and performing other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder or above in any discipline;
  • Possess 1-3 years relevant working experience in office administration , communications and project management or fundraising;
  • ISF Alumni will be given high consideration;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to be proactive and to work productively with multiple parties;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) to meet the demands of project implementations and coordination;
  • Competent computer skills, proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Additional skills on graphic design/ copy writing is definitely a plus;
  • Previous work experience with SAP, ESS and Raiser’s Edge Donor Database systems would be an advantage; and
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Development Officer.
