LEAP is a charity that provides health-based drug prevention education programmes to students and parents. We reach over 100,000 students each year. We are looking for a Development Manager to join our mission-driven team.

The Development Manager is a key role in helping LEAP to grow the scale and impact of our programmes. The post-holder will lead a small team to contribute to raising LEAP’s income, awareness and profile.

Main duties:

  • Develop, organize and manage fundraising, promotional and marketing events/ projects
  • Prepare marketing and communication materials such as newsletters, annual reports and press releases
  • Manage and develop communication and relationships with donors and potential donors
  • Manage and maintain online marketing and fundraising platforms

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in marketing, public relations, or language disciplines
  • At least three years’ experience in marketing, public relations and event management; direct fundraising or charity experience will be a definite advantage
  • Creative, self-motivated and mature
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
