A well respected financial institution based in central Europe is currently looking for a Digital Analytics Manager.

Our client is a established and well respected financial institution with its headquarter in Central Europe. This talent will work as part of the global team and be accountable for monitoring, analysing and optimizing all digital channels such as mobile applications, websites, portal, chatbots and some assigned offline channels.

Description

  • The aim for the digital analytics manager is to improve overall customer experience and conversation through optimizing and formulate effective data based funnel marketing activates lead by marketing team.
  • You will be one of the core owner of internal digital analytics platform and development of new reporting mechanisms based on company's strategic direction and upcoming product offerings.
  • You will work closely with P&L leaders as well as top management to define and measure KPIs for all digital initiatives.
  • Work with internal team on data interpretation & analytical matrix formulation as to provide comprehensive advice to product owners and senior management.
  • Streamline and optimize internal and external data source with agencies, vendors and internal partners
  • Support any ongoing analytics and digital projects.

Profile

Requirements

  • Degree holder in data, business and/or marketing related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital analytics, data management framework, performance marketing in sizeable corporation, prefer in the financial service and banking sector.
  • Expert in digital marketing technologies and data manipulation tools, i.e. Web Analytics, Campaign Management, CMS, Personalization, Social Listening, Media optimizer etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics; and tagging and tag management solutions.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) and CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Micro dynamics).
