Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fully delegate to work in leading FMCG client’s office and be trained by client’s digital and communication leaders
  2. Support digital campaign idea development and execution for various brands, concentrated in Baby Care Products
  3. Manage and execute communications calendar on different social platforms (e.g. Facebook, YouTube, LINE etc)
  4. Work with digital/media/PR agency to consolidate and monitor progress of digital content creation
  5. Support Baby Expo (2x per year) and manage / execute digital sign up for trial executions
  6. Handle or channel consumer inquiries originating on brand’s social platforms
  7. Consolidate digital measurement data (e.g. digital tracking, social listening) for optimization 

Qualifications:

  1. Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, online community management and media communications
  2. An understanding of digital trends and FMCG consumers is advantageous, especially in the baby care products market
  3. You must have demonstrated solid experience in project management and stakeholder coordination
  4. Solid analytical and communication skills  

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
  2. 3 years of experience in digital / social media / creative agency or digital communications-related role in corporation
  3. Fluency in English and Mandarin / Cantonese
  4. Mature, good communication skills and able to work under high pressure
  5. Those with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Digital Communication Manager
