Responsibilities:

  • Create well-structured and innovative digital creative campaigns
  • Develop concepts and proposals to illustrate creative ideas (business pitch standard)
  • Project requirements gathering (creative, business, functional, technical)
  • Project planning by defining scope, task based schedules and critical milestones, resource management, and budgeting
  • Synthesize and effectively communicate insights and creative idea with execution team and other disciplines within the group
  • Assist in preparing document for business pitches e.g. marketing plan, schedule, budget etc.
  • Working understanding of all facets of integrated digital productions including rapid-prototyping, physical computing, hologram, VR, AR and API specific implementations
  • Keep current with emerging digital technology, creative marketing strategies and social insights for internal and external training

 

 Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Advertising or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in advertising agency, preferably with good creative sense and art direction
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Passion for people, digital communication and innovative ways of engaging with audiences
  • Independent, detailed-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines and to work remotely with people based in different locations
  • Excellent people management and client contact skills - build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within both the clients and internal business units
  • Stage Design, Creative Lighting experience is highly preferable
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese a plus
  • Outdoor advertising experience is preferred but not a must
  • Have working experience within the China market
