We have established a community of talents from across the tech world, ranging from developers, designers and digital marketers to operations managers and sales leaders. We continuously expand this network by organizing events, producing content, supporting digital transformation and talent mobility, building an adaptive talent workforce, and encouraging the world’s best to help build Silicon Valley in Asia.
To date, GetLinks has been involved over 130 events, reaching out to over 200,000 attendees region-wide. GetLinks organised Asia’s first startup job festival, endorsed by Thailand and Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology. We also hosted Asia’s biggest online job festival, GetLinks Online Tech City. We are themain organiser of Drinkentrepreneursin Asia, hosting tech startup networking events in 15 different countries. GetLinks is also an ambassador of global hackathon community Angelhack in Asia.
We have operations in 6 countries (Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, India and South Korea), and 4 offices employing over 100 people worldwide.

Our client is an award-winning mobile advertising technology company which specialise in growth strategy, user acquisition & ASO (App Store Optimisation) for mobile apps globally.
Responsibilities:
- Content scheduling and posting across channels – including posting content from approved content calendars and posting ad hoc content, as requested by the client
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
- Keep any eye on the effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Proposal research and support – including desktop research, social listening insights and reports, sourcing for best practice case studies, brainstorming
- Community management of social media channels – including proactive and reactive engagement with fans, responding to customer service enquiries
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video written and audio/articles)
- Collecting feedback about our customers and providing support/guidance via email, chat, phone or FAQ articles
Requirements:
- Open-minded and interested in mobile apps digital marketing industry
- Passionate about startups, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a keenness to learn by themselves, work hard and challenge the team with new ideas.
- Strong communication skills via telephone, social platforms, e-mail, etc – the ability to empathise and respond appropriately to customer enquiries on social media is essential
- Strong organisation skills, including time management
- Well English (or Chinese) language writing and editing skills
- Enjoy interacting with people and being exposed to multi-cultural / international work environment
- Design skills and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator will be a plus
