  • Build, launch, optimize and maintain paid search and display campaigns via Google Adwords, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook and other platforms to increase awareness, generate leads and convert new customers.
  • Define and report on digital campaign performance metrics.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize online campaigns to increase conversion ratios.
  • Manage projects through from concept to completion; clearly articulate the goals of your project, get buy-in from key stakeholders, and manage internal and external teams to get the job done.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment of integrated marketing programs.
  • Manage external vendors and other partners.
  • Stay current on new digital marketing trends and opportunities.
  • Drive ad-hoc marketing initiatives as required.



  • Tertiary educated in media relations, digital marketing or a related field.
  • 1 years of digital advertising, social and search marketing experience with a priority emphasis on lead generation.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console and HubSpot).
  • Strong creative, project management and interpersonal skills.
