YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish, maintain and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, e.g., analyzing landing page and email best practices.
  • Implementation of paid advertising campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing using Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc
  • Use Google Analytics to provide regular reporting on KPIs such as clicks, conversions, and channel attribution.
  • Website management including tracking conversion rates and performance to suggesting improvements to the website.
  • Generate quality organic traffic by leveraging web content through SEO strategies.
  • Day-to-day hands-on approach with accounts to build Email Campaigns, Lead Generation Programs, Lead Nurturing, Marketing Automation, manage budgets, tweak ads and A/B test to find what’s working and what’s not, to ensure we remain data-driven and the account stays in good health.
  • Optimize the marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
  • Provide suggestions and report on recommendations to improve ROI through campaign optimizations based on analytics findings.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Background or degree in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of working experience. 
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and email automation platforms such as Salesforce.com, HubSpot etc.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to dates, deliverables and budgets.
  • Comfortable working with data, and possess the analytical skills to contribute to the planning process.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and evidence of working collaboratively to achieve results.
  • Understands key marketing principles and how and when different communication tactics should be used.
  • Experience of working with global/regional teams and using campaigns to support and drive sales effort.
  • Self-motivated and delivers a high standard of quality and accuracy.
  • B2B and ABM experience would be a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
