Job Description

  • Lead and initiate digital marketing strategies that will drive leads acquisition, digital channel utilization as well as brand awareness
  • Work with different stakeholders and perform day-to-day digital campaign management and execution tactics across multiple platforms (email marketing, paid search, SEO/SEM, display/banner ads, social media) to achieve lead acquisition targets and maximize return on spend.
  • Develop and maintain framework to track and assess lead acquisition across multiple digital channels daily
  • Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns and any associated incident analysis and escalation management required
  • Understand and supervise SEO implementation and improvements including site traffic, ranking, conversion rate, conversion funnel, bounce rate, etc. and provide in-depth analysis and report
  • Drive social media for HK, China and Taiwan with a strong engagement strategy and arrive at ROI across platforms
  • Provide monthly report detailing trends analysis and actionable recommendations for improvement and growth
  • Responsible for Digital Marketing budget & ROI forecasting

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business or relevant field preferred
  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing / eCommerce fields.
  • Demonstrable expertise in the following channels and capabilities for B2B market: marketing automation, email, websites, apps, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, HK & China social media management, Google Analytics and digital sales tools
  • Proven experience in managing SFMC campaigns will be a strong advantage
  • Proven experience in website revamp is a plus
  • Ability to set priorities, take personal responsibility, and communicate issues
  • Excellent knowledge of latest digital technologies and techniques with a desire and ability to learn new skills and technology quickly
  • Ability to effectively work cross functionally and collaborate, with the ability to work in a group and as an individual to meet tight deadline
  • Excellent English and Mandarin in both written and verbal communications
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
