  • French luxury skin care/cosmetics/beauty brand distribution, retail, and e-commerce focus China & Asia Pacific maket
  • We are looking for DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER   - with details as follows :
  • Fully handle e-commerce responsibilities of French skin care brand for China market with focus in Tmall
  • Liaise with mainland sales & marketing agencies in Tmall and other E-commerce platforms management
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive online traffic, conversion, retention, revenue and profitability through website, WeChat, other online platform, etc.
  • Manage daily E-Commerce operations including product & content management, market research, pre-sales and post-sales coordination
  • Collaborate with marketing team to drive digital marketing strategies and implement effective online campaigns
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing team and Group/Regional Business Development in the development of full year strategic sales and execution plans across all sales channels for the China market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners. Identify needs and requirement to achieve mutual satisfaction
  • Building the pricing & promotion strategy to drive conversions
  • Developing processes and tools to improve scalability in the market
  • Compile measurement dashboards to track and analyse sales performance
  • Manage the P&L of e-commerce platforms
  • Act as the country key contact to assigned business partners on any matters relating to the business/brands, serving as the link of communication between partners and internal teams
  • Maintain local marketing Intelligence (ref Market Maker) - beauty market info, market share, distribution, end consumers data
  • Bachelor of Business or Marketing or Statistics with at least 5 years experiences in E-commerce
  • Experience in mainland E-Commerce and marketing, TMALL Global experience is a MUST
  • Experience in beauty/skin care/cosmetic brands preferably European/luxury brands
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 21 days
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Medical benefit
