Digital Marketing Specialist

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Drive our search and social marketing: you will be responsible for social media and search engine marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Build up channels to optimize ROAS, own KPIs including cost per acquisition (CPA), CPC, return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and revenue

  • Proactively manage the budget, resources, and priority for PPC campaigns, including keyword research, landing pages, or SEO to enhance customer experience and conversion rate. Optimize based on results

  • Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics and optimize paid search and social media ads based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. 

  • Stay updated on the latest digital trends and best practices, including social media, search, and digital for future opportunities

  • Support the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders with data collection for regular reporting. Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by the Marketing Manager



Requirements

 

  • A university degree in marketing, technology, eCommerce, or other related disciplines

  • Proven digital marketing experience of 3 or more years in managing performance marketing programs or programmatic media

  • Strong experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Knowledge of Similarweb, Alexa, SEMRush is a plus but not essential 

  • Ability to compile and analyze marketing data/metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction including best practices, content strategies, bid optimization, and customer acquisition tactics

  • Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Chinese is a plus but not essential.

  • Good knowledge within other aspects of digital marketing (social, influencer, content, etc.)

  • Skill in working effectively in a team environment with a customer service focus

  • Experience in eCommerce or retail is an advantage. Agency background is a plus, but not essential
