A global sizable retail is looking for a Performance Marketing & Social Manager to join their Digital Marketing team to manage acquisition campaigns on social media and digital channels to exceed KPIs and ROI.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition and online-sales generation campaigns through paid search, social and programmatic to drive key performance metrics.
  • Responsible for all aspects of keyword management and bidding strategy of the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines.
  • Lead the development and implementation of paid social and programmatic strategy with different media partners
  • Generate the strategy on audience segmentation by leveraging current analytics tool
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and communicate marketing activities and actionable insights with other business units
  • Analyze new traffic and website behavior using tracking tools, drilling for customer and business insights
  • Lead the agency and team to generate data reports from performance advertising; identify areas of opportunityand insights for actions

Candidate profile:

  • With Bachelor's degree with experience in running digital campaigns
  • At least 5 years of working experience in digital marketing
  • Native-level in English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in luxury and prestige industry related brand a plus.
