Digital Treasures Associate, CBG - WD06207

The role sits within the Digital, Innovation and Payment team in the Consumer Banking Group.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound call to invite potential customer to join the affluent segment by providing guidance for customer to complete the digital onboarding
* Encourage customer to fund-in by promoting the rewards, privileges and value proposition of the affluent segment
* Promote digital capabilities to customer to carry out daily banking needs
* Re-solicit the inactive customer and handle anti-attrition
* Responsible for ad hoc duties / other duties that maybe assigned
* Strictly comply with external regulatory as well as internal compliance policies/operational procedures in the course of work

* Post-Secondary or above
* Minimum 1 - 2 year’s relevant experience in customer services in banking products or services
* Strong customer orientation, with good interpersonal skills & professional telephone manner
* Sound knowledge on banking products & familiar with digital banking
* Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
* Solid communication skills in English and Cantonese. High proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
